Schedule: monthly (parents rotate in)

Time: 9:30am - 11:45am

Interests: babies and little ones, teaching others

Qualifications: Love for little ones and attentive to their needs

Description:

• Come early to help make sure room is properly setup
• Make careful note of how the room was left by the school’s teacher before set up begins
• Greet parents, and their children, with a big smileJ and a comforting welcome
• Make sure that parents sign all their children in
• Make sure that children DO NOT leave until signed out by their parents. NO exceptions please. Communicating safety to the parents of these little ones is a top priority. Thank you for your help.
• Remain after until EVERY child is retrieved by parent
• Help cleanup/setup crew with storing items and resetting room to its original setup

Note: The school, and these teachers, have been assured that we will leave the rooms exactly as we found them.

Kids Ministry Workers

Time: 9:30am - 11:45am

Interests: school-age children and teaching others

Qualifications: love and desire to teach kids about God

Description:

• Get lesson from Children’s Pastor (Jorie Holman) before Sunday and prepare to teach the material
• Come early to help make sure room is properly setup
• Make careful note of how the room was left by the teacher before set up begins
• Make sure tv/vcr player and flatscreen tv is working and set to HDMI output (only if using the equipment)

Note: The teacher (Mr. Mannlein) has asked us to be extremely careful with all of his equipment

• Pastor Bret will dismiss the kids and teachers after the music and offering
• Bring the kids straight to the classroom and and gently instruct them not to touch any of the equipment
• Simply cover the lesson plan you’ve been given and involve work to engage each child
• With the parents, and their children, always have a big smileJ and a comforting spirit
• Have fun with the kids and help them to enjoy their time with God in class
• Make sure any first-time parents have been given a copy of “A Special Note for Parents”
• Remain until EVERY child is retrieved by parent or returned to their parent
• Help cleanup/setup crew with storing items and resetting room to its original setup
