Resource & Refreshment Table Host/Hostess 
Schedule: weekly
Day: Sundays
Time: 9:30am - 9:45am & 11:15am - 12:15pm
Interests: helping, hosting & equipping people
Qualifications: helpful, friendly, multi-tasker, trustworthy
Description (resource table):
• Come early to make sure resource table is set up before service in the multi-purpose (MP) room (to the inside right of the doors leading in from the hallway)
• Have both the free and “for purchase” resources layed out and clearly distinguished (set up pricing sign)
• Make sure the “petty cash” envelope is ready with bills and keep a careful accounting of the money before and after
• Leave service 5 minutes early so you are ready to host people at the resource table (if possible)
• Checks are accepted and should be made payable to All People Christian Church
• Store all monies (including checks) in the “resource table cash” envelope and return to pastor when finished
• Breakdown table when finished and store all items for transport back to storage (see storage bin labels)
Description (refreshment table):
• Make sure coffee is prepared before service and that brewing begins at start of service
• Uncover refreshments once service is over
• Kindly watch for, and ask, people to stay in the multi-purpose room with their food & drinks

Clean-Up Crew

Time: 11:30am - 1:00pm
Interests: hospitality & serving behind the scenes
Qualifications: Willing and able to serve, attentive to details
Description:
• Help ensure that rooms are restored exactly as they were and that all supplies are put back in proper place
• Store away everything from the multi-purpose room (see bin labels for what goes where)
• Clean up any spills or stains made in the rooms, hallway or multi-purpose room
• Work with the custodians to make sure rooms are vacuumed and all trashcans are emptied before leaving
