Set-Up Crew

Schedule: weekly

Day: Sundays

People: 5-6 people (plus alternate)

Time: 7:30am - 9:30am

Interests: hospitality & serving behind the scenes

Qualifications: able-bodied with a servant's heart

Description:

• At least one team member picks up trailer and brings it to the school by 8:00am

• Remaining team members meet at school by 8:00am

• Team unloads and sets up equipment at the school
• Make sure that children's class, meeting room, and all restrooms are cleaned and prepped
• Finish by 9:30am to freshen up and change clothes (if necessary)

Take-Down Crew

Schedule: weekly

Day: Sundays

People: 5-6 people (plus alternate)

Time: 11:30am - 1:00pm

Interests: hospitality & serving behind the scenes

Qualifications: able-bodied with a servant's heart

Description:

• Break down equipment after the service ends
• Make sure that all tables, signs, etc. are taken down & stored in appropriate bins
• Work with custodians to make sure that all school-owned items are stored in proper place
• Load up trailer for transport back to the storage facility
