Set-Up Crew

Schedule: weekly

Day: Sundays

Time: 7:30am - 9:30am

Interests: hospitality & serving behind the scenes

Qualifications: able-bodied with a servant's heart

Description:

• The Holmans pick up UHaul truck on Saturday and load the equipment and supplies
• At least one team member(s) meets crew at school at 8:00am, the other no later than 8:30am
• Team unloads and sets up equipment at the school
• Make sure that meeting rooms and multi-purpose rooms are cleaned and prepped
• Finish by 9:30am to freshen up and change clothes (if necessary)

Take-Down Crew

Schedule: weekly

Day: Sundays

Time: 11:30am - 1:00pm

Interests: hospitality & serving behind the scenes

Qualifications: able-bodied with a servant's heart

Description:

• Break down equipment after the service ends (start with the main meeting room)
• Make sure that all tables, signs, etc. are taken down & stored
• Work with custodians to make sure that all school-owned items are stored in proper place
• Load up UHaul truck for transport back to the Holmans' house
• The Holmans unload truck at their house and return to UHaul
